Billy Dyer brings nearly 30 years of hands-on experience to his role as General Manager, with deep expertise in environmental waste management and residential and commercial on-site sewage systems. His background spans both field operations and high-level management across multiple states, giving him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on the industry. That foundation has sharpened his skills across septic systems and excavation, holistic business development, operational leadership, commercial trucking within the septic and wastewater industry, and call center management for plumbing and septic service operations. A versatile toolkit he applies at every level of the business.
Since joining the company in 2008 as Septic Manager for Mr. Rooter Plumbing, Billy has been a driving force behind its growth and expansion into new markets. Today, he leads revenue strategy across all three markets while overseeing the full cycle of technician recruitment, hiring, and training. He also directs the company's customer service operations, ensuring Septic Blue delivers on its promises from the field to the phone.
